The Tacos are served with fresh homemade corn tortillas and are filled as follows:

1 grilled Chicken – corn tortilla filled with grilled chicken, cilantro & onions.

1 grilled Steak – corn tortilla filled with grilled steak, cilantro & onions.

1 grilled Tilapia – corn tortilla filled with grilled tilapia and our special cabbage slaw. Served with our delicious salsa trio, mexican rice and refried beans.

Enchilada de Chiles Rojos

Three corn tortillas dipped in a spicy red chili sauce topped with a layer of chopped onion, shredded cheese, fried egg, served stacked. Comes with a side of mexican rice and refried beans.

Enchilada de Chiles Verde

Three home-made corn tortillas dipped in a mild Anheim green chili sauce topped with a layer of chopped onion and shredded cheese, served stacked. Comes with a side of mexican rice and refried beans.

Pollo De Tinga

Originating in Puebla, Mexico. Chicken Tinga is a versatile dish of chicken in a tomato and chili chipotle sauce, delicious food we all crave for. Tinga is great for tostadas, tacos, quesadillas, burritos and much more.
The smoky flavor will linger on your palate stemming from the chilis chipotle in adobe sauce.

Enchilada de Tinga con Papas

Two homemade Corn tortilla enchiladas filled with Chicken Tinga and diced baked potatoes. Smothered in medium/hot guajillo sauce. Served with mexican rice and refried beans.

Tostadas de Tinga

Three crispy small corn tortillas with a layer of sour cream, Chicken Tinga, lettuce, two slices of avocado and shredded cheese. Served with mexican rice and refried beans.
